EESS has been protecting assets in a wide range of applications. working with customers and partners, we adapt solutions with the most appropriate technology to address the level of security required

Control Centre

Eagle Eye Security Specialists has the infrastructure that allows the monitoring of alarms and CCTV solutions and tracks assets and vehicles on a national basis. State of-the-art technology allows expert monitoring teams to keep track of EESS specialised units, vehicles and assets in transit.

The 24-hour Command Centre has a fully equipped Disaster Recovery Site with a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan. The Command Centre infrastructure standards exceed the minimum SAIDSA requirements. All telephone calls are recorded, all actions on our monitoring software are auditable, the entire floor space is covered by CCTV cameras and all access to the centre is controlled and restricted.

National Control Centre (NCC)

Our state-of-the-art, custom-designed National Command Centre allows for the monitoring of all our security management systems. Our security control room system integrates with various third party security and business applications. These integrations are managed from a central platform, providing a seamless security management (SMS) for Access Control, Video, Fire, Intrusion, ANPR and more.

Video Integration

provides the ability to associate access control alarms with digital video clips. This enables us to act as the central Security Management System (SMS) and Security Hub to act as a single command and control centre for all alarms and associated video. Security Hub functionality includes live video feed, 16 way virtual matrix, recorded video playback, live video pop-up and much more.

Intrusion Alarms

from intruder detection systems can be displayed on Security Hub, providing a single alarm display screen. This means alarms can be monitored and acted upon from the central server just like other alarm events from the access control system. A virtual keypad is also available where supported, allowing the operator to cancel an alarm in the same way they would using the physical alarm keypad but via the software.

Fire

Integration with fire panels allows fire alarms to be reported instantly on Security Hub application for central monitoring. Fire panels integrated into access control with video and other security solutions increase the safety of the facility and the personnel on site.

Perimeter detection

Seamless perimeter detection integration allows for notification, monitoring, acknowledgment and cancelling of perimeter alarms via Security Hub. Perimeter maps can be positioned within Security Hub alongside access control readers and associated cameras. This allows for a fully comprehensive security overview of the site or facility, ensuring maximum protection.

Number/Licence Plate Recognition

integration to number/license plate recognition technology allows for seamless central vehicle management with automatic synchronisation of databases. The Vehicles application provides a single point of data entry for vehicle information, capturing data such as number/license plate and owner.

Keysafe

Keysafe integration provides an effective way to physically secure keys and valuable equipment, providing accountability and preventing the loss of valuables.
